my story

A spiritual awakening rocked my world and liberated me from a deep sleep in 2016. My life was forever changed through yoga, inner alchemy, profound trainings, dharmic travel, the akashic records, and medicine work in my late twenties.

Now it’s been almost a decade of devotion to the dharma, and being guided by the higher vision I am in service to. It continues to be a wild ride, with daunting peaks and humbling valleys, but I am deeply nourished by the field, my personal sadhana, mother earth, and the richness of journeying with others on the path.

My life is a ceremony & adventure of spirituality, entrepreneurship, sacred union, earth, ritual, art, wellness, community, travel, & leadership + service.

As a multidisciplinary practitioner with 5,000+ hours of experience in coaching and ceremonial facilitation, and 16 years in brand marketing, I bring high level, holistic support to conscious leaders living and leading on the dharmic path.
